Service Options Available

A standard floorplan costs $165.00 plus an additional 4.4 cents per square foot beyond 2,000 square feet. A proof will be posted on to your Best Floorplans account within 2 business days following your measure. This proof can be downloaded for immediate use.

Rush service costs an additional 35% over and above the cost of Standard service, and your floorplan will be delivered to your Best Floorplans account within 24 hours of the time of the measure.

Types of Measures

An on-site measure is a measure where a draftman is sent to the property to perform the measure on-site.

A blue print measure is when we pick up an architectural blue print from you, and draw the blue print without going on-site. If an on-site measure is still required, a $45.00 re-measure fee will apply.

A re-draw is where you provide a image of the property and we redraw the floorplan without going on-site. If an on-site measure is required, a $45.00 re-measure fee will apply.

Amenity Map

A PeekaCity amenity map and restaurant report shows all the important nearby community services on a Google map. It also shows all the restaurants nearby your listing. The report is sent to you in a PDF format that can be easily added to your brochure or linked to your web site. If you are interested in subscribing to our PeekaCity service, you can create an unlimited number of amenity maps for $150 per year. Amenity maps are currently only available in the City of Chicago. .home Web Page

A .home^(SM) web page will make your listing stand out on the web. The .home^(SM) package includes: property description page, PhotoFloorPlan^(TM) creation, Peekacity amenity map, neighborhood information, and virtual tour tab* all integrated in a single destination web page. Optionally, you can reserve a domain name such as www.1225WestGeorge.com and direct web traffic here for an additional $10 per year. (*We will link to your Virtual Tour).

Photo Floorplan

A PhotoFloorplan^(TM) is a combination of a floorplan and photos in one seamless experience. Simple mouse over a camera icon and the photo will appear. You can either supply your own photos, or we can take photos for you using a high quality digital SLR camera and lens. Pricing is $25 for 1-5 Photos, $45 for 6-15 Photos, and $65 for 16-20 Photos.
