| Background: |

| Best Floorplans produces custom floorplans for
real estate marketing purposes. Floorplans are drawn on a computer after an
on-site measure or from architectural blueprints. Finished floorplans can be
downloaded and printed for use in brochures and presentations, e-mailed, and/or
linked to our client’s website. |
| |
| Job Functions: |
| |
| 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients
|
| 2. Organize appointments |
| 3. Measure properties and take detailed notes about interior architectural elements and
features |
| 4. Create high quality floorplans using Visio or equivalent application according to
specified deadlines |
| 5. Modify/Correct draft floorplans based on customer comments |
| 6. Create daily operational status reports. |
| |
| Working Conditions and Physical Demands: |
| |
| Work is in the metropolitan Chicago area. Appointments will be scheduled between
the hours of 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday -Saturday. Computer work is between appointments or in the evenings.
Additional time may be required on evenings and weekends to ensure deadlines are met. |

| Qualifications: |
| |
| 1. Excellent organizational and communication skills |
| 2. Highly reliable |
| 3. Detail oriented |
| 4. Architecture or graphic design experience desired |
| 5. Ability to read architectural blue prints |
| 6. Familiar with CAD type applications or Microsoft Visio |
| 7. Must have a cell phone and a computer with high-speed Internet access |
| 8. Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with the potential for many more hours. |
| 9. A car or other transportation is required. |
| 10. Must have familiarity with the Internet, email, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. |
