Best Floorplans produces custom floorplans for real estate marketing purposes. Floorplans are prepared after an on-site measure by a Best Floorplans professional, or from your architectural blueprints. Each floorplan can be provided in either a horizontal (landscape) or a vertical (portrait) orientation. Draft floorplans can be proofed on-line. Finished floorplans can be downloaded and printed for use in brochures and presentations, e-mailed, and/or linked to your website.

       1) Place your order on-line and receive a $5 discount, or call the local Best Floorplans office to speak with a representative. The office numbers are:

       2) When you place your order, request a time/date for an appointment for a Best Floorplans representative to measure the property. Please provide accurate driving and parking directions!

       3) Within 24 hours after placing your order, we will confirm your measure appointment, and give you the name and cell number of the Best Floorplans representative who will be conducting the measure.

       4) A Best Floorplans representative will arrive at the designated time and location to measure the property. Please give us your preferred room labels at this time. If you are running late to meet our Best Floorplans representative, please call us and will try to accommodate your schedule. If you need to cancel our appointment, please call us at least 4 hours in advance or your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee.

       5) A proof of your finished floorplan will be posted on your Best Floorplans account within 2 (or 4) business days following the measure. If it is acceptable, please approve it. If you have changes, please print out your floorplan, mark it up with your changes/corrections, and then fax it back to us. The New York fax number is (866) 640-4966. Chicago's fax number is (888) 561-4890. A revised floorplan will be posted to your Best Floorplans account within one business day.

       6) Once you approve your floorplan, your order will be completed and your credit card will be charged. At that time, you have an opportunity to complete a customer feedback survey via the web. If you do so, you will receive a $5 discount towards your next purchase.
