Overview

When you need the existing conditions documented correctly, our as-built floor plans provide the verified foundation for starting design, renovation, permitting, and planning purposes. Unlike marketing floor plans, these are technical drawings focused on the real, built conditions.

  • Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP): ceiling heights, soffits, lighting locations, & switching
  • Electrical Plan: outlets, switches, & fixtures
  • Furniture Plan: schematic furniture layouts for residential planning or commercial programming & test fits
  • Interior Elevations: straight-on drawings of interior walls showing doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, finishes, and heights
